As a result, even though factory shrink wrapped, the disc can be heard rolling around inside and most likely becoming scratched. To correct for this, each order is opened and disc is polished if any scratches or scuffs are present, then placed back into the case with insulation to hold it in place for safe transit. It will arrive in LIKE NEW CONDITION minus the factory shrink wrap. These are NOT used or previously owned GUARANTEED.
