Description: Illinois 16s 17j Marked “No. 555” Getty Model 4 Grade 174, Winds Sets Runs TLC Manufactured in 1899 and certainly shows its age. I had planned to give it the much needed TLC but now would rather pass it to someone else to do that. Watch winds, sets, and runs; has not been tested beyond that. But you can get by with just a set of hands to begin with. When I pull out the set lever it is hard to push back in. Ask all the questions you like. Thank you.
