The brackets are made with stainless steel plate and aluminum round bar for high strength and durability in the elements. — The brackets are installed using stainless steel self tapping screws into the base of the aluminum handrail. As such, they can be moved along the base of the rail to insure that they are able to mount directly into wall studs.
