Otherwise we will ship your order within 24-48 hours of your purchase. Shipping:We are happy to say we include free standard shipping with every order! We ship with USPS and provide tracking once shipped. General delivery time is 2-5 business days. It is very rare but shipping delays do occur. If this happens I will be sure to figure out what is going on and get you your decal asap! Helpful cleaning tips before applying your decal:Before applying your decal, we suggest fully cleaning your wall or surface with a water damped cloth or rubbing alcohol. Please do not use windex or other cleaning products because it will leave a residue behind that will prevent the decal from sticking to the wall. You'll want to wait a couple hours to give the surface plenty of time to dry before applying your decal. Cleaning beforehand is highly recommended because it helps to remove any dust or dirt on the surface you're applying too. The decal will adhere to the dust or dirt instead of the wall. Wall paint suggestions:We use Oracal 631 Matte Vinyl for our decals. It is the highest quality indoor removable vinyl on the market. However, it is not always compatible with some types of paint including Stain Blocker, Stain Resistant, Low VOC, Zero VOC, and Latex paints. The same ingredient in these paints that repels dirt, dust, fingerprints, and stains can also repel or resist the sticky adhesiveness of the vinyl decal.
