Clasps and zippers all work. There are 2 tiny holes on the bottom of the case where I had my name plate attached. They can hardly be seen. Case is light and dark brown. Chrome colored hardware Case has a side handle, top handle and shoulder strap. Case has one small and one big pouch to hold your pool supplies. Top pouch is 4 1/2" by 6 1/2". Bottom pouch is 4 1/2" by 15 1/2" and includes a separate side compartment on the side pouch specifically for a jump cue butt. Top pouch has a side zipper for easy access. Case will hold 2 butts and 4 shafts up to 31 1/2". Case dimensions: Length 34 inches, Width 5 inches, Depth 3.5 inches. Shafts and butts can be inserted in either direction. Case weight is 5.00lbs .
