Custom LEDs that all flash on high power with the turn signal circuit and half are on at 50% power for the marker light circuit. Grounds through both the housing and a separate wire in the included harness. Does not include wiring connector on the end of the harness. May require an electronic flasher depending on how many other bulbs you've replaced with LEDs. These only fit early year (71-76) Scout IIs that originally had steel light housings.
