Ingersoll Rand makes their air tool parts in China under their plant supervision. This is done to keep the quality and production costs low while avoiding tariff collections in the USA. They then pack the items and brand them for retail sell to their USA distributors. This is why you will typically see that the item claims the contents were assembled in the USA but the tool was made overseas in China. CP and Snap on use these same loopholes to avoid tariff collections on many of their tools and parts.On ebay I have sold over 1000 Ingersoll Rand branded and unbranded air inlet kits and over 150 #2135-D565A air inlet bushing kits.
