Description: Old Style Round O-ring for Irritec Large T filtersThis is the old style round o-ring that fits into the groove on the THF and TIF filter body to make the leak proof seal between the body and the cover. Irritec recently changed the o-ring style in it's large T filter and is currently offering the easier to use square-cut o-ring gasket now, see this link in the accessories. This old round style o-ring can prove somewhat difficult to use once the filter is installed because the cover must push over the o-ring and the fit is quite tight. You want to be careful to avoid twisting or rolling the o-ring so using some silicone grease on the o-ring is recommended.
