Family rumor has it that this stock certificate was purchased by a distant uncle of my deceased grandfather. The issued-to name on the certificate is W. Boyd Cook. The signature of the President appears to be that of R. B. Ellis. The signature of the secretary appears to be that of William Muller. Graphics are very nice, mostly grey tones, with some gold highlights, and a raised, corporate seal showing date of incorporation of Jan 23rd, 1923. Item is in good condition for its age.
