Description: NO RESERVE. 1/100 North American F-86E Sabre license produced by Canadair as their CL-13 Sabre F.Mk.4, Aircraft Serial #19481, Identification Code "4 - 76", Cavallino Rampante Aerobatic Team, 4 Aerobrigada, Italian Air Force, 1956-1957 (the only years that the team existed) Cavallino Rampante means "Prancing Horse" (or stallion), as represented by the tail insignia. This is similar to the familiar "Prancing Horse" on a yellow rectangle or shield which it Ferrari's trademark, but which had earlier been the personal insignia of an Italian WWI ace. A sister aircraft from the team, Serial #19685, Identification Code "4 - 20" is on display in Rome's Da Vinci Airport. Model comes in a cardboard box with windows on the top and bottom.
