It attaches to rocks, roots, and driftwood. The items you will receive from us can grow from any small piece or division. Java moss does not require any special attention. It accepts all kinds of fresh water, and can thrive in a very wide range water temperature. This plant can protect fry (baby fish) and tadpoles from cannibalistic adults, and provide food for the newly formed fry, which is normally very hard to feed. It can also provide hiding place for fish that is shy, under threat, or disturbed.
