It is signed with his #7, and “Sonics” (Seattle Supersonics). He played for them during 1997 - 1998. Sadly, Mr. Kersey passed away in 2015. While it is relatively common for sports stars to autograph cards, it is fairly rare to see autographed bills, especially a bicentennial $2 bill.
