The date of this appearance is July 13th, 1966. Lewis is to be paid the sum of $600, plus $90 in expenses for two 45-minute shows. This club was situated near Lake Lure.Contract is signed in the lower left by club owner, Larry Phillips and the lower right by Jerry Lee Lewis.
