Description: JOHANN ARNDT’s SECHS BUCHER VOM WAHREN CHRISTENTHUM First published in 1609 This very rare book was published sometime between the late 1600s and early 1700s. Unfortunately, the title pages missing and the actual age is very difficult to determine. It was part of the library of the historical society of the reform church in the United States, Lancaster PA. This organization is now known as the evangelical and reformed historical society, and it is located at the Lancaster theological seminary library in Lancaster PA. it is loosely bound but intact with I think I’m gonna charge 700 700. cloth and thread binding. There is considerable wear and tear. The book has 1104 pages as well as a 84 page addendum, and then some type of appendix or index that goes for nearly another 60 pages. The book is big! It features a number of baroque, enigmatic illustrations. Dimensions : 7 1/4 inches wide X 9 inches length X 5 inches thick. Please see photos.
