It's a clean signature but over a dark area. From my personal collection. Someone still may want this despite its appearance. No COA from a Third party as it's pointless to pay for outside certification of something of very low value. Do your homework if you are a fan and compare to certified examples. If this was fake, it would have been signed in a desirable area. Priced accordingly. I could have thrown this away, but someone may still like this in their collection.
