Description: Vintage Juki Baby Lock BL4-428 serger with pedal. Includes original hard case, instruction manual, receipt, and Baby Lock soft vinyl cover. Original sales receipt is dated 1988 I've owned this for perhaps 8-10 years. I really like these older Baby Lock with all metal body. They are very handsome, heavy and sturdy and don't move around much on a table. Not too long ago this was given a deep cleaning and lubrication. I use Juki Defrix Sewing Machine Oil No 1 for all standard Baby Lock machines. The machine runs very well and tension is working well for standard Coats and Clark Tex 27 SureLock. This is a roomy needle size and will probably run most thread through about the same. Two #14 needles installed and knife, no thread spools are included but I cut off the previous spools and left the thread in place so new spools can be tied on and pulled through. The manual does indeed show all this setup in Will be very securely packaged so that No items are free to move around and will arrive as shown and working as described.
