It is marked 12 on the outside. The design consists of a narrow band of embossed scrollwork. It is a bit out of round. Now with FREE SHIPPING and tracking in the USA. Significant flaws not depicted in the photos are described here-with, minor flaws and normal wear are not. Unless the item is described as new, assume there will be minor flaws or wear commensurate with a used item of given age.
