Overall the shafts are in fair condition.There are a some marks and wear to the paint and graphics but this is all cosmetic only. The shafts range in length from 34 5/8" to 37 1/8" in half inch increments. Included in the purchase of this set of shaft pulls are 2 bonus C-Taper Lite 110 shafts that are 37 5/8" and 34 3/8" long and have different grips. They are not originally with this set but appear to be cut to lengths that could be used for a long iron and a wedge on either side of the set. The shafts come with Golf Pride New Decade Multi Compound grips on the 6 shaft set and the 2 bonus shafts have Golf Pride Z grips all standard size.
