Also, the top of the pack has a sturdy, three-layer webbing handle for single handed carry. The lid of this pack has a zippered pouch for smaller personal items and each side has a stretch pocket for small water bottle or other items. On the bottom of the bag is a compartment from which a load compressor deploys to retain larger bulky items like extra layers on the exterior of the pack. The bag’s horseshoe zippered main compartment opening allows for top only, or all the way for full access to the inside. Two interior mesh pockets keep items organized and visible. Along the interior back of pack is a field a Velcro® loop to attach Velcro mounted pouches and accessories.
