Description: The Athame This is a lovely Athame - the handle is a piece of Knotted Hazel Wood from the land surrounding Glastonbury - the Isle of Avalon. The blade comes from a reclaimed and upcycled Silver plated vintage cutlery blade . The athame is about 10.5 inches long. It's got a wee spirlas pyrographed onto the ends. Athame's are ritual knives, not intended to be used to cut objects with, the blade is blunt and not designed to be sharpened. The blade is not perfect, it has some scratches Each athame we offer is unique and one of a kind. We are happy to take commissions - we have many woods available in our workshops.
