Description: The Kuwait 1 Dinar Banknote was released by the Central Bank of Kuwait in 1993 as part of the Collector Series. The note was printed on polymer and issued to commemorate the second anniversary of the liberation of Kuwait. Featured on the obverse of the purple banknote are the map of Kuwait, the coat of arms depicting a falcon and a dhow, and a hologram reflecting a falcon’s head. The reverse of the note depicts camels fleeing smoke from burning oil, the Seif Palace, and a group of men celebrating. The paper bill does not have a security thread and watermark. It is 160 x 68 mm in size and is in uncirculated condition.
