Description: This is a original albumen view of Paris bought in 1888 by Paul Watkins of the Winona Mn. Watkins Spice Co Family. Paul was a prolific collector and at one point had one of the largest print collections in the United States. He Made many buying trips to Europe. We can find no info on Fievee Editeur so do not know if he was the photographer or just sold the photos under his name. All have a small number at the left bottom. This is 22-66. All the ones we have up are more tan sepia than they look.
