Description: Laird-Portch of Scotland 100% wool short skirt, made in Scotland. Wrap style skirt with leather and metal buckles on each side, which can be adjusted up to 1" using the different "notches" on the leather attachment on one side. Skirt is in excellent condition with no signs of wear. It is tagged as a 26" waist, Size 12 USA sizing. On the largest "notch," the waist measures 14.5" across (laying flat) and on the tightest notch, it appears to run close to true to size, measuring 13.5" across. It is 19" in length.
