It is not marked or signed, but have seen very similar Moser pieces. This vase is large, measuring approximately 9 3/4" high and 6" wide. There is a gold band that wraps around and is cut to clear with flower designs. This vase displays beautifully, but we are selling it 'as is' because there is wear to the gold. There are some minor fleabite chips on some of the points. There is a small chip on the underside edge of the base, also, which we have shown in the close up photo. Table wear to the bottom of the vase.
