Description: Large Nippon Hand Painted Purple Clematis Flowers Bowl Circa 1911 - 1922 Very pretty large porcelain handled bowl. Nicely decorated with hand painted dark and light purple clematis flowers over a white, yellow and green background. With gold gilding around the edge and on the handles. Marked Hand Painted Nippon Morimura mark in green with an M inside a wreath which dates between 1911 - 1921. Has some usage wear to the center and quite a bit of wear to the gilding around the edge, but otherwise good condition with no chips or cracks. Measures approximately 10 3/8 inches wide from handle to handle x 2 1/2 inches tall. This is an antique and may have some small in manufacture defects that do not effect the display of the piece. Q
