The winds detaches from the body for ease and safe packing and shipping purpose. Its tail and head were carved on dolomite stone. It perches on an Brazilian tourmaline stone matrix. Dimensions: Bird: approx. 11" x 11.5" (at the widest point - opened wings) Tourmaline Base: 6" high x 5" wide x 3.25" deep Bird and base are approx. 17 inches high x 11.5" (at the widest point - opened wings).
