Description: Expires 11/30/2024! LAST CHANCE to purchase this exquisite Lot of 14 pieces of Hazel Atlas cobalt blue with white sailboat collection. The set includes the large pitcher with ice guard, an ice bowl or vase, and 12 glasses: including 4 each of the 5" tall, 4 each of the 4" tall cocktail, and the tiny high ball tumbler that measures only approximately 3 3/4" tall. If not sold as a set before 11/30/24 the set will be divided and sold separately. This vintage set was manufactured by Hazel Atlas in the USA, along with several other nautical theme glassware sets, from 1930s through the 1950s. Supposedly the sailboat themed sets gained renewed popularity when featured on "I Love Lucy" starring Lucille Ball and Desi Arnaz in the early 1950s. Please view all the photos as they best represent the beauty of each piece and will be considered a part of the full description. There are no known chips or cracks. Several pieces have dark spots on the white sails which may clean off. The pitcher features a manufacture's smear on one of the sailboats which at times increases the value of vintage pieces.
