This exact mark is not documented very well, but it is very similar to marks used in the late 1800s to early 1900s, and the style is fitting with that period. Moritz Zdekauer's company was started in the mid 1800s in Altrohlau, Austria, which is now a town called Stara Role in the Czech Republic. This pattern is one of the many unnamed patterns by the company, with a pink rose motif.
