It showcases a standing Quan Yin motif on both sides and has a pierced dragon and phoenix bail. Two frogs adorn the side of the frame. Estimated to be from the late 19th to early 20th century, it's in nice condition with overall tarnishing, visible gold gilding loss, small damages near the feet of the dragon/phoenix and the halo, and slight surface wear to the jade.
