A Lineberty ticket was required for purchase. The pins feature various Disney characters dressed as other Disney characters, often in very whimsical costumes. This pin features Dumbo and Timothy Q. Mouse dressed as Disney characters from "Winnie the Pooh". Timothy is wearing a Piglet-themed costume under his own red ringmaster hat. The real standout here, though, is Dumbo. He's wearing a very glittery blue costume (complete with droopy ears and pinned-on tail) that makes him "look like" Eeyore, the sad donkey! And Dumbo's even got a brown belt around his girth that has a frame on top which holds a "grey cloud" over him!
