This is a very early (signed 1899 in the pate) work of Cappiello; Delaw, , Faivre, Rouveyre, Somm, Fau, Willette, Biais, Baillyl and Tiret-bognet. Ad for the then new Monte Carlo Casino. I will be listing many of these complete magazines, collected in Paris about 30 years ago. The early years are becoming very difficult to find in complete magazines. Earliest use of color lithography in a newsprint magazine (to my knowledge).
