Description: This pair of leather arms is perfect for doll repair enthusiasts and collectors who want to be as historically accurate as possible. These have been distressed to mimic the “play wear” often found on antique leather arms. They are appropriate for German China heads and bisque (Parians) from the late 1860’s through the 1880’s. The muslin has ample length to attach under the shoulder plate or can be trimmed and attached at the shoulder. These will work on a 25 to 30” finished size doll. Please inspect photos for measurements and proportions. I recommend laying a measuring tape beside the body you intend to use to do a comparison to the arms listed. As a general rule of thumb I like to measure from the tip of the dolls nose to the to the tip of the chin. This should equal the widest width of the hand. Keep in mind sizes did vary some on the antique originals. Feel free to message me if you are in need of a particular size. I will be offering these as I complete them.
