Description: This listing is for a black Lecarra steering wheel that measures 14 3/8" in diameter. It comes with the mounting hub and 2 horn caps. The billet(?) in the main picture looks like it might not have been used. The one that I know was used, at least for a time, is plastic with a Packard emblem. The steering wheel could use a little polishing, but is otherwise in what I would consider good to very good condition.
