The right side of the item pulls out (see photo). The crank/turn handle works and the lever to move the tray binder also works as it should. The alphabet letter dividers are included. No broken pieces. This is a very cool item. This is a used item so it does show normal wear and some rust showing on crank handle. Please review the photos & video for best description. Measurements: 16” L (including handle) x 7.75” width. This is not a cheaply made file separator. This item is made of metal and weighs over 12lbs.
