I assemble the minifigures when I ship them (so that I do not accidently leave out any pieces), wrap them in bubble warp (to prevent damage during shipping) and then place them into a zip lock bag (to prevent any pieces from escaping during the shipping process).While this may not look pretty, the only time that they have been handled is during the parting out, and packaging process'Therefore, I believe that mine should still be classified as "new". The minifigure that you receive came directly from the original set - I do not purchase pieces and "rebuild" minifigures.All of my sets are purchased from big box stores or from Lego - so there should not be any counterfeit pieces.
