Printed instructions and box are not included, however I can provide a link to the Lego.com page that offers a free download of the complete instructions. All parts come from a pet-free and smoke-free home. Each part is cleaned as the set is built. Each set I offer is built and validated by hand, which means it is very unlikely to be missing a piece. The set will be disassembled to fit into the shipping container. If you buy multiple sets from me at the same time then I will combine them into one package and then refund your overage on shipping costs.
