Description: This AA set was purchased new and was ungraded with sound and remote control capabilities. This was done at an LGB center. The only track time it had was during testing at the LGB shop. The remote control is not included. I understand that you need an LGB 65000 unit to operate the upgraded sound. This is also not included. The owner ran his trains yearly at the holidays on an indoor layout, he passed before he had the opportunity to use this set. If you have any questions please ask and I will try to answer. I also have contact with the estate and a family member who enjoyed these trains with the owner. They may have some insight also. I will be listing other G scale engines from this collection that were used on an indoor layout. Some of these have also been upgraded with sound. This is from an estate. The gentleman that collected these was an avid G scale enthusiast. He had a massive outdoor layout (items I will be listing at a later date) as well as an indoor setup.
