Description: First edition first printing of William Faulkner's "Light in August" in the original dust jacket (not a facsimile) "Jefferson" in the first line on page 340 and correct price and titles on the dust jacket. On the last 2 pages of the book a prior owner has glued in a clipping from a newspaper with a review of the book. The glue is on approximately the top 1 inch of the page and the review folds out further than pictured. On the inside of the back cover is a small wax seal. Both of these are not on pages with any text and are at the very end of the book as pictured.
