It is copyright 2000, and was originally sold around that time. It is in the original, unopened packaging. But the packaging is bent/slightly damaged. The switch plate is still in new, perfect condition. The switch plate is 5 inches long and 3 1/2 inches wide. It is powder coated steel with the picture on it. Two color coordinated screws are included in the package. The colors are light, so it is possible it may have faded in the package. I have no others to compare it with, so don't know for sure.
