Description: Flat rate $500 and I'll look at your module(s). Logic modules are harder to fix/test. If you have a stack of bad power modules, ship me what you have, and for $500 each I'll fix what I can. IO have a limited supply of FETs and they're $50 for the brand new ones (I have almost 100). I ran the test department at Ling Electronics in the late 80's to 97 and I know more about Ling Electronics amplifiers than anyone. Typically when you blow a bunch of power modules, it kills one quadrant. You can take 6 sick modules and make 4 or 5 good ones out of what's left. This is a best effort, and if you need new parts I'll put up an eBay ad for them. This way we all have tracking. Note - LDS or Ling Dynamic Systems is not Ling Electronics. This ad refers to DMA PM4, PM5, and PM6 power modules and logic modules. Bid price if for 1 module. Add more if you want them checked out. I have a curve tracer and have fixed many of these modules. A lot of the PCB's are destroyed when the FET's blow, but some are ok to re-use if you know what you're looking for. I can also give you tips on bringing the amp up, but that's not part of the bid. I do that because I know what I'm doing, but if you make it a job then I'm out. I'll help you as best I can. Shipping - You ship it to me. The $70 Shipping charge is to box this up and ship it back to you. I use special boxes intended to ship flat screen TVs and they work great, but they're expensive, so a new box every time. Also, don't just throw this in a box and ship them. Use damping material. If you have a large amount, you can ship them to me as long as they'll ship to a residence. Shipping will be UPS ground, which is typically 2 days in the US.
