I found this course excellent and it is rated as one of the best you can get. Its better than any of the newer linguaphone courses which is probably why the content hasn't changed for years. It consists of three books (the Spanish itself, a handbook which explains the Spanish and a written exercise book). There is an additional book that you can get with the course which is an oral exercise book but I personally dont have it and its not needed really (Neither is the written exercise book really). Just mentioning this so you know exactly what you are getting. It comes with 9 cds. Condition of books are very good and all the cds are perfect. Linguaphone has been revered by many polyglots as the best method for learning a new language. This course will not make you fluent. (No course can do that.) However, it will take you to a level that is very close to that, then you can read books, watch movies with subtitles etc. in Spanish to reach that fluent level. Brand new, they cost over £300. These books are hardback covers, so are much better quality than the newer versions and the content is identical to the new one you would buy today. Thanks for looking
