Stand up collar. I do not see the material breakdown in this so I’m going to give my opinion off of research of other liked items listed on the Internet. The shell is Moda acrylic/rayon and polyester. The sweater side would be a cotton blend. Wash instruction hand wash and line dry. if I purchase this I would probably be inclined to take it to the dry cleaner to see if it should be dry cleaned for best results.
