Description: Here is a very rare very early vintage original autographed postcard photo of actress Lizabeth Scott (1922-2015), from 1947, the year she starred with Humphrey Bogart in Dead Reckoning. Born Emma Matzo, Lizabeth Scott was Tallulah Bankhead's understudy in the Broadway play, The Skin of Our Teeth (1942). The actress/fashion model caught the eye of Hal Wallis, who arranged for a screen test that resulted in Scott making her film debut in 1945 in You Came Along. Her other films include The Strange Love of Martha Ivers (1946), Dead Reckoning (1947), Two of a Kind (1951), Bad for Each Other (1954), Loving You (1957, the year Wallis dropped her option) and Pulp (1972, with Michael Caine, her last film). Smear to signature, small mark face, minor fading, minor corner wear. Very rare this early. Will ship worldwide. I always combine shipping on multiple orders.
