We have an entire weaving and yarn shop inventory to sell that was filled to the brim. This book was found in a locked glass bookcase in my father-in-law's yarn shop. This book is in VERY GOOD condition. The spine is unbroken. There is no dust jacket, but there are boxes that the loose leaf pages slide into. The boxes have minimal damage. No marks or highlighting in text. Pages are crisp, clean and unmarked. Cover lies flat. All black and white illustrations and photographs. Illustrated, collectible, revised edition. These books are ex-library from back in the day when people didn't mess with other people's things. Some of the books have a sheet of paper with a list of plates made by one of the librarians. It is stamped in ink from the University of Michigan Media Center from the School of Education which means this was not in general circulation. There is a single introductory page that lists information on the architecture and costume in the requisite century and has 2 library ink stamps at the top and side of the page. Every page is a thick card stock which has a University High School stamp in the upper right corner. The back of the page is blank and has another University High School stamp and a note from the librarian stating which of the sets the page belongs in. That is all that we see. Please note: we have old eyes. Each book will be listed below with specific information to that set. PLEASE NOTE: Our description is going to sound awful. It is not! Please see the pictures which will show the WORST page of that set and feel free to ask for any others you want us to take. Trying to note everything minor we see, makes it sound practically like junk. This is in incredible condition for a set well over 100 years old. ALSO NOTE: There is 1 page missing!
