Trees are perishable so to avoid the possibility of your package sitting in a postal facility or vehicle over a hot weekend while not in transit we are only shipping out of state orders on Mondays, Tuesdays and Saturdays. Also ALL out of state orders are certified by the Pennsylvania Dept of Agriculture to be pest and disease free which usually happens on Tuesdays. So if you place an order from another state Monday night it may not get shipped until the following Tuesday. In some instances I can get inspected later in week as well in that case shipping will be on a Saturday or Monday. If there are any problems with your order please let us know. All of our trees are guaranteed to be true to species. We have no control over what happens after they leave our care. Customer is responsible for proper transplanting and care. We will replace trees under the following conditions. 1. Damaged in transit by shipper: We must be advised of any damage upon receipt of the item. Photos and written documentation required. 2. Damaged upon receipt claims: We must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. Claim must include photo and written documentation. 3. All other claims must be made within 14 days from the date items were received. There is no need in most cases to physically return items, however photographic evidence of claims being made will be required in order to receive a replacement item or in store credit. In general any faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us if taking photos of the claim does not provide solid proof of claim. If you are returning the items for any reason other than being damaged or dead or for an error on our part then there will be a 20% restocking fee. Our liability is to the purchase price only not including S&H charges. Guarantee Period is 14 days only! Absolutely No Exceptions!
