You can use several numbers interchangeably as letters. For example, flip a "3" and it becomes an "E." "1s" work great as "I"s. Flip a "7" and it becomes an "L." The plates are a mix of states as well as embossed and flat pieces. Typically the majority are from Washington, Mississippi, California, Alabama and a few other states. Each order also comes with spacers. 0s and Os are used interchangeably since with most states they are the same. These are craft grade plates which means many of the pieces have some dings, scuffs, graying in the background, you name it. Condition:All pieces are from authentic license plates. We are collectors ourselves and collect everything from mint condition plates to incredibly beat up plates that are rusty, scratched, bent and faded. We want to make sure you are getting the condition that you are looking for, so please view the sample photo carefully. Delivery:We strive for fast shipping. Unless traveling, we offer one day shipping and often ship same day using USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail. Packaging:License plates aren't the only things we want to keep out of landfills. We also use as much recycled or reused packaging as we can, from reused cardboard to corrugated sign material. We're also cheap, and free reused materiel is a great price!
