The brochure is in overall good condition, with some minor corner wear, cover wear and one of the brochures has a address label on back cover. One of the brochures has a small tear on the back cover (see photos) and has dealer stamp on back. The Eagle brochure has creases from folding. The brochures measures 8 1/2" x 11".
