Description: This listing is for a lot of 27 unused prepaid postcards from 1988 thru 1991. The lot includes: Qty 2 America the Beautiful (with Buffalo) 15 cent postcards from 1988 with an additional sticker that says "This US Stamp along with 25 cents of additional US postage, is equivalent to the 'F' stamp rate. Qty 5 America the Beautiful (with Buffalo) 15 cent postcards from 1988. Note that one of these has an ink marking on the back side.
