Description: Lot of 7 Vintage Skelly Oil Fly with Keotane Paper Kites 6 are New Old Stock, have never been unrolled. Some issues, some rust staining from the staple between to the 2 wood pieces. I unrolled one and it tore a little bit at the top, so be very careful when unrolling. Could be displayed but I don't know if any of these could actually be flown. The string seems to have shrunk? over the years, I was only able to connect the kite to 3 out of 4 slots in wooden arms on the one I unrolled.You could probably cut down the length of one arm and cut a new slot.
