Description: Lot of 72 Random Spider-Man Comic Books Copper/Modern Age, No Duplicates. Please note the Ultimate Spider-Man #1 is a reprint. I am just a collector looking to downsize his collection and not a professional grader, but having reviewed each issue in the lot and comparing them to CGC's scale, my opinion is the lot overall is VG- to FN-. The majority of issues are in FN condition, with minor ticks on spines or wear on corners. Most of the newest issues are in the best condition in the lot, with the older issues having more wear. My estimate is more conservative and paid closer attention to the individual issues with defects, particularly those with the more significant ones. Here is a rundown of the more significant ones I believe you should consider before buying. Amazing Spider-Man 6 has a bend running from the top of the comic to the bottom, which unfortunately affects each page. Ultimate Spider-Man 1's Reprint has faint creases near the cover's spike that are visible in lighting from certain angles. The creases do not affect the pages. Ultimate Spider-Man 6 and 7 have stress wear on the cover that can be seen on the borders. Spider-Girl 6 has creases on the front cover but the cover rests flat. Minor ticks marks run down the spine, and the top-left corner of the cover has a small separation from the back cover. It is quite small, but is visible when holding it as if to read. Spider-Man & Black Cat: The Evil That Men Do both have a faint but visible grey "staining" that can be seen on the whiter colors. I'm not sure what the exact term for this is - it resembles grit but I can't feel anything, just the cover. They also have tick marks along the spine of the cover.Spider-Man/Daredevil #1 is the most worn issue in my opinion. It has a crease in the bottom-right corner of the cover but the cover rests flat. The cover also has stress wear and tick marks running down the spine. The back cover also has creases towards the top of the issue, but the cover lays flat. The creases unfortunately are visible on the pages but do not render them difficult to read in my opinion. The back cover has a little grit that can be felt, and has a few small specks where the paper peeled off the cover.None of the defects from any book in the lot renders the issue unreadable, and the majority of defects present are limited to the covers. Nearly all of the newer issues are in fine condition with only very minor wear, but most of the older ones show clear signs of use. All pages are present, and the newer issues still have their Digital Edition codes intact and have been unused. The specific issues detailed above have more significant wear or defects, and while they do represent a smaller percentage of the lot, I wanted to detail them so you have a better idea of their faults for your consideration. The lot is overall in a VG-FN condition in my opinion - perhaps on the lower end of those gradings, but I am not a professional grader.Thank you, again, for your consideration.
